Augustynovich
is TEAM OREGON's operation manager. He manages the Training
Support Unit and oversees equipment maintenance/ readiness, sponsor
contracts, course/instructor assignments and hiring new instructors. Ron is
also an active instructor/mentor & trainer. He currently rides a KLR650 or

Pierce
is TEAM OREGON'S Training Manager. Ray is
responsible for all of our instructor development and training programs,
including trainer training, site compliance and curricula development. He's
been with TEAM OREGON since 1990 and currently rides a Honda ST1300.
