Steve Garets is the Director of TEAM OREGON. Steve has been instrumental in the development of TEAM OREGON since 1984 and has been a leading figure in motorcycle safety nationwide. Steve currently rides a Honda ST1300.

Michele O'Leary is the Safety Standards and Motorcycle Safety Program Manager for the Oregon Department of Transportation.  Michele currently rides a Honda Shadow VLX.

Ron Augustynovich is TEAM OREGON's operation manager.  He oversees equipment maintenance/ readiness, sponsor contracts, & course/instructor assignments. Ron is also an active instructor/mentor & trainer.  He currently rides a KLR650 or a Honda ST1100.

Cheryl Bond is the Business Manager for TEAM OREGON. Cheryl is responsible for maintenance and oversight of our budgets and grant management along with training and supervising the Accounting and Travel Department staff. Cheryl has been with TEAM OREGON since 1996.

Leanne Henriques is the TEAM OREGON Training Support Unit Office Manager.  Leanne has been with TEAM OREGON since 2008.

Ray Pierce is TEAM OREGON'S Training Manager. Ray is responsible for all of our instructor development and training programs, including hiring & training new instructors, instructor certification updates, site compliance audits and curricula development.  He's been with TEAM OREGON since 1990 and currently rides a Honda ST1300.

Bob Reichenberg is the Communications Manager for TEAM OREGON.  His role is to increase the visibility of motorcycle safety issues and programs across the state. He coordinates Public Awareness campaigns, Special events and Press interviews. He is the Writer/Editor of TEAM OREGON newsletters, advertising campaigns and news releases.  Bob assists with curriculum development and is also responsible for the development, oversight and updates to the TEAM OREGON website.  Bob has been with TEAM OREGON since 2008 and currently rides a BMW R1100RS and a Suzuki SV1000S
