• DOT-approved helmet 
• Long-sleeved jacket
• Long pants
• Rain gear 
• Eye protection (eyeglasses and sunglasses okay)
• Full-finger gloves 
• Low-heeled shoes or boots that
cover your ankles and offer good traction
• Raingear and/or sunscreen
• We encourage you to bring energy snacks, Gatorade, etc.
You must provide your own motorcycle/scooter for the ART course.

It must be over 50cc and/or meet DMV Specifications for motorcycles /motorscooters.

It must have a valid motorcycle license plate with an "M" prefix plus 6 characters.

It must pass the following safety inspection:

• Street legal tire tread
 • Functioning front & rear brakes
• Tires properly inflated
• Functioning cables and chains
• No leaking fluids 
• Working lights and electrical systems  

• Valid driver's license with Current motorcycle endorsement
• Proof of motorcycle insurance  
 
Remember:

You are paying for a reserved seat in this course. Registrations are limited.  In order to reschedule, requests must be made at least 8 days before the course starts.  Cancellations  must be made at least 8 days before the course starts in order to be eligible for a refund.

Completion of all sessions is required.  On-time attendance at all sessions is required.  Students who arrive late or leave early lose their reservation and payment.

There is no guarantee of course completion or graduation. Students who fail to demonstrate a minimum level of safety will be dismissed without refund.  However, most students complete the course successfully.
